Your Coaching Website
Every coach needs an online presence. Most end up cobbling together Linktree, Calendly, Google Forms, and a half-finished website — paying for multiple tools that don't talk to each other.
Assistant Coach gives you a complete, professional website at your own URL — yourname.assistantcoach.fit — where prospects can learn about you, see your credentials, fill out a contact form, and book a consultation. One link that replaces your entire prospect-facing stack.
Your website is completely unbranded — your identity is the entire focus. No Assistant Coach logos, no platform chrome, no distractions. It's your site, your brand.
Setting up your website
Open Public Profile from the sidebar in your coach dashboard.
Choose your URL
Pick a unique name for your personal URL — for example, sarah.assistantcoach.fit or elitecoaching.assistantcoach.fit. Your name must be 3–30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Availability is checked in real time as you type.
Build your profile
Your website displays the following sections:
- Profile photo — Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image (max 5 MB). Displayed as a circular crop at the top of your page.
- Brand name — Your coaching brand (e.g., "Elite Fitness Coaching").
- Tagline — A one-liner that appears below your name (max 200 characters). This is the first thing prospects read.
- Bio — Tell prospects who you are, your coaching philosophy, and what makes you different.
- Specialties — Tags like "Weight Loss", "Strength Training", "Contest Prep" that instantly communicate your focus areas.
- Certifications — Your qualifications (e.g., "NASM CPT", "Precision Nutrition L1") to build credibility.
- Social links — Icons linking to your Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, and personal website.
Add your booking link
If you use a booking tool like Calendly, Cal.com, or Google Calendar, add your booking URL. Your website will show a "Book a Consultation" section so prospects can schedule time with you directly — no back-and-forth messaging needed.
Lead capture
Your website includes a built-in contact form where prospects submit their name, email, phone number, and answers to your custom questions — directly from your page.
Setting up your lead form
- Go to Forms and create a new template with the Lead form type.
- Add custom questions you want prospects to answer (e.g., "What are your fitness goals?", "Current training experience?", "How did you hear about me?").
- Return to Public Profile and select your lead template from the dropdown.
- Toggle Lead Form on.
Every submission captures the prospect's contact details, their answers, and UTM tracking parameters (so you know whether they came from your Instagram bio, a YouTube video, or a specific campaign).
Managing your leads
When a prospect submits your contact form, they appear in your Leads inbox — a dedicated section in your dashboard for managing inquiries.
Leads inbox
Open Leads from the sidebar to see all inbound inquiries in one place. You can:
- Filter by status — New, Contacted, Qualified, or Closed
- Search by name or email
- See unread count — a badge on the sidebar shows how many new leads need your attention
Working a lead
Click any lead to see their full details:
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Their answers to your custom lead form questions
- When and where they submitted (which profile URL, UTM source)
- Internal notes — jot down follow-up reminders visible only to you
Update the lead's status as you work through your pipeline: New → Contacted → Qualified → Closed.
Converting leads to clients
When a lead is ready to start coaching, convert them directly from the lead detail view. Their name and email are pre-filled, and you can assign an intake form in the same step. If you already have a client with the same email, the system links the lead to the existing client instead of creating a duplicate.
Email notifications
You receive an email notification whenever a new lead submits your form — with their name, contact details, and a direct link to view the lead in your dashboard.
Preview and publish
Click Preview to see exactly how your website looks to prospects — this opens in a new tab and shows your current draft, even before publishing.
When you're ready, toggle Publish. Your website goes live immediately at your personal URL. You can unpublish at any time to take it offline without losing your content.
To publish, you need at minimum a profile photo and a bio.
Analytics
The analytics section on your Public Profile page shows:
- Website views — How many prospects have visited your page.
- Lead submissions — How many prospects have filled out your contact form.
Your home page also shows a Recent Leads card so you can see new inquiries at a glance without navigating away.
Share your website everywhere
Your personal URL is designed to be the single link you share across all your channels:
- Instagram — Put it in your bio
- YouTube — Add it to video descriptions
- TikTok — Link in bio
- Email signature — Professional touch for every email
- Business cards — One URL that does everything
The page is mobile-first — your prospects will open it on their phone from social media, and it looks great on any screen size.
Social media previews
When you share your URL on social media or in messages, it automatically generates a rich preview with your profile photo, name, and tagline. No extra setup needed — it just works.
