Your journey stats

Your client portal may show a small stats panel near the top of the Home and Workouts tabs. These numbers are there to remind you what you have already put in.

On the Home tab, the panel can show:

  • Days in — how long you have been working with your coach in the portal.
  • Workouts logged — completed training sessions recorded for you.
  • Check-ins submitted — check-ins you have sent to your coach.

On the Workouts tab, the panel can show:

  • Workouts logged — completed training sessions.
  • Sets logged — sets recorded in completed workouts.
  • Total volume lifted — logged weight multiplied by reps for weighted sets.
  • PRs achieved — personal-record moments recorded from your completed workouts.

The panel focuses on effort and consistency. It does not show body weight changes, measurements, or anything designed to compare your body against a previous version of yourself. Your coach can still review those details with you where they are useful, but this panel is about showing up.

If you are brand new, you might not see the panel yet. It appears once there is something positive to count, like a completed workout or submitted check-in.
