Log and review measurements
You do not need to wait for a weekly check-in to record a weigh-in. The Measurements card on Home lets you log a number when you take it, see the trend, and keep your coach up to date.
Log a measurement
- Open Home in your client app.
- Find Measurements and tap the + in the top right of the card.
- Enter your weight. The unit beside the field matches your account setting.
- Tap Save.
Measurements are recorded on the day you save them, so log a weigh-in the day you take it.
To add waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, or neck at the same time, open Waist, hips and more. Those measurements use centimetres. Blank fields are skipped, so only enter what you measured.
Your coach can see saved measurements straight away. If you have a weight goal, its current value also follows your latest weight entry.
Read your trend
The card shows your latest value and, once you have at least two entries, a trend line. Tap the measurement name at the top of the card — Weight, Waist and so on — to switch the whole card to another measurement.
Above the line you will see 7d, 30d, 90d or All. Only the periods with enough entries to draw a line are offered, so if you have logged twice in the last month you may see just 30d and All. As you log more, more periods appear.
The app does not label a rise or fall as good or bad. Your coach can help you interpret the trend in the context of your goal.
Read a single entry
Tap any point on the line to see that reading: the value, the date it was taken, and where it came from.
- You — logged directly in your client app.
- Check-in — recorded through a check-in.
- Your coach — added by your coach.
- Starting — recorded during your intake.
Tap anywhere else on the screen to close it.
Correct a mistake
You can change or remove your most recent entry for a measurement, when you logged it yourself. Tap that last point on the line and use the pencil or the bin in the panel that appears.
If you have only logged once there is no line to tap yet, so that single reading is shown under the card's message with the same two buttons.
Earlier entries stay fixed, so your history stays a true record of what was taken and when. Readings from a check-in, from your coach, or from your intake are not editable here — ask your coach if one of those needs changing.
If your coaching has ended and your client app is read-only, your measurement history remains available but logging and editing are turned off.
Using a recent value in a check-in
When a check-in asks for a body measurement, the form shows your last reading beneath the field, marked Last:. Tap Use this if it is still current, or enter a fresh measurement. The field is never filled without your confirmation.
The same line appears under each field when you log from the card, so you can see what you last recorded before entering a new number.
