AI tools
- Trend Analysis — Get an AI-generated summary of a client's recent progress across check-ins, goals, and notes. Spot what's improving, what needs attention, and patterns you might have missed.
- AI response drafts — Draft personalized check-in responses that match your writing style. Review, edit, and send.
- Connected Apps — Connect your ChatGPT or Claude account and query your coaching data conversationally. Ask things like "How has Sarah's weight trended?" or "Which clients checked in this week?"
Client management
- Client roster — Add clients manually or import in bulk via CSV. Track their lifecycle from intake to active coaching and keep everything organized in one dashboard.
- Client dashboard — A per-client view with tabs for check-ins, plans, goals, notes, and profile info.
Check-ins and responses
- Weekly check-ins — See body measurements, training metrics, subjective feedback, and progress photos all in one view. Compare photos side-by-side and track trends over time.
- Coach responses — Write and send responses to each check-in, or let AI draft one for you.
Meal plans and food library

Goals and progress
- Goals — Set measurable goals for clients (weight targets, step counts, exercise PRs, and more) and track progress over time with visual charts.
Forms
- Custom forms — Build intake questionnaires and weekly check-in forms with your own questions. Assign them to clients, customize per client, and view their responses with uploaded photos.
Notes and to-dos
- Notes — Keep coaching notes linked to specific check-ins or clients. Turn any note into a to-do with a due date and track everything from your dashboard.
