Mid-week Follow-ups

Mid-week follow-ups help you stay close to clients between weekly check-ins.

When you turn this on, Assistant Coach adds a to-do for each active client about halfway between their weekly check-ins. The to-do says Check in with the client. You choose how to reach out — WhatsApp, text, email, voice note, or whatever you already use with that client.

Assistant Coach does not message the client for you.

Turn it on

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In Your to-do list, turn on Remind me to check in mid-week.
  3. Click Save settings.

You will start seeing follow-up to-dos as clients reach the middle of their check-in week. If a client is already mid-week, their to-do usually appears within the next hour.

How it works

Each client follows their own check-in day. A client who checks in on Friday gets their mid-week follow-up on a different day from a client who checks in on Monday.

The to-do is due when it appears. If you do not mark it done, it can become overdue on your home to-do list. When that client's next check-in day arrives, the old follow-up clears so your list does not pile up.

Clients need a check-in day set before Assistant Coach can create a mid-week follow-up for them.

Turn it off

If you turn the setting off, existing mid-week follow-up to-dos disappear from your queue. Turning it back on starts the reminders again for clients who are currently in their mid-week window.
