Give a Client More Than One Workout Plan

Your client always sees their main workout plan in their app. This is the plan marked Active on their dashboard.

You can also make another plan available when they need a backup, such as:

  • a travel week
  • a home or minimal-equipment option
  • a quick 20-minute plan
  • a deload or injury-modified block

Share an extra plan

  1. Open the client's dashboard.
  2. Go to Workout Plans.
  3. Make sure one plan is Active. That is the client's main plan.
  4. Find the extra plan under Other Plans.
  5. Turn on Available to client.

The client can now open that plan from their Workouts tab and log sessions from it.

What the client sees

Their main plan still appears first, exactly as usual.

If you make another plan available, they see an Other plans section below their main sessions. They tap the extra plan only on days they need it.

Their workout history stays unified. A travel workout, home workout, or deload session still appears in the same training history as their main plan.

Hide an extra plan again

Turn Available to client off on the extra plan. It disappears from the client's app, but any workouts they already logged remain in their history.

Notes

  • The active plan is always the main plan.
  • You do not need to turn on Available to client for the active plan.
  • Keep extras curated. One or two clear backup plans are easier for clients than a long library of choices.
